Positive Light Projects is a not for profit organisation using the visual arts to engage and inspire a diverse range of audiences and communities as well as developing emerging practitioners and aiding them move their practise forward in exciting and innovative ways. We have a focus on and strong belief in community based, socially engaged creative practise.
With overwhelming community support we transformed a cold, dark and damp three story dilapidated building in Exeter City Centre, 184-187 Sidwell Street, into a warm, welcoming, accessible, safe and inclusive place for creativity. We offer a community arts space, gallery and artist studios where local groups and individuals of all abilities can converge and engage in workshops, activities and events.
